Latta official: Grants ‘keep a small town from losing its water and sewer system’

The town of Latta has received a $1,491,600 grant from the SC Rural Infrastructure Authority, which it will use to replace water and sewer lines. The grant comes on top of more than $12 million in funding the town has received from other state and federal agencies.
