Mayor Dan Askins III will talk about the current state of affairs in Hartsville, as well as plans for the future. This event is presented by the Byerly Foundation. Breakfast served at 8 a.m., with the program beginning at 8:30. Tickets run $30 for Greater Hartsville Chamber of Commerce members, $45 for nonmembers.
